Don't pay inflated prices for specific tradesman when NYC handyman can do it all and is available at a fraction of their costs to you. view my list of services.

Rates
$50 for the first half hour then $60 per hour thereafter + Job Materials.
Prices are given on an hourly basis rather than per job with a one hour minimum charge. For Large jobs of multiple days, I do price by the job to help keep your cost's to a minimum. one hour minimum charge for onsite project estimates - phone estimates are always free. (Explained Below)
Take advantage of our half day rate of $250 (+ Material) 6 work hours
For larger jobs an onsite estimate is preferred by me, (I prefer to physically see the job site conditions and take measurements ext.) simply contact me and we will arrange a suitable time for me to visit or if you feel an onsite estimate is not necessary we can determine a fair price by phone, fee free.
Payment
I accept cash, which can be paid in advance or in person. For larger jobs I can arrange PayPal, check and credit options for your payment.
